TPO Premolded Inside and Outside Corner is an injection-molded TPO component made from non- reinforced
thermoplastic polyolefin and is specifically designed to be installed in roofing applications for flashing inside and outside
corners.
The TPO Corner must be field cut on the appropriate guidelines into either an inside or outside corner prior to installation
using standard heat welding equipment and techniques.
Installation
IMPORTANT: Ensure the receiving surfaces are free of debris and no moisture is present.
1. Substrate must be clean, dry smooth, free of sharp edges, fins, loose, or foreign materials, oil, grease, and other
materials which may damage the flashing.
2. All roughened surfaces which could damage the flashing shall be repaired as specified to offer a smooth substrate.
4. Install corners using a handheld welding tool and standard welding techniques.
